2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment must be made at the time of placing the order unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is selected. For COD, payment must be made in cash to the delivery person.

3. Delivery

We strive to deliver within the selected time slot. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Same-day delivery is available in select cities for orders placed before 6 PM.

4. Product Quality

We guarantee 7-day freshness on all flower bouquets. Cakes are baked fresh on the day of delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
